- المادة الفعالة: تحتوي كل تحميلة على 125 ملجم من الباراسيتامول.
- التأثير: تعمل كمسكن للألم وخافض للحرارة عن طريق تثبيط إنزيم COX-2 المسؤول عن تكوين البروستاجلاندين المسبب للألم والحمى.
دواعي الاستعمال
تُستخدم في الحالات التالية، خاصة للأطفال الذين يجدون صعوبة في تناول الدواء عن طريق الفم:
- خفض الحمى والحرارة المرتفعة.
- تخفيف آلام التسنين.
- تخفيف الانزعاج الناتج عن التطعيمات أو نزلات البرد والإنفلونزا.الجرعة وطريقة الاستخدام
- الفئة العمرية: مخصصة عادةً للأطفال من عمر سنة واحدة إلى 5 سنوات (أو حسب الوزن 10-20 كجم).
- الجرعة المعتادة: تحميلة واحدة كل 6 إلى 8 ساعات حسب الحاجة.
- الحد الأقصى: لا يجوز تجاوز 4 جرعات خلال 24 ساعة.
