جانفورت قطرات للعين هو مزيج من بيماتوبروست وتيمولول الذي ينتمي إلى مجموعة الأدوية التي تُسمى نظائر البروستاغلاندين و حاصرات بيتا على التوالي. وهي تستخدم لعلاج الجلوكوما وارتفاع ضغط الدم في العين. الجلوكوما: هي حالة في العين يمكن أن تسبب فقدان البصر والعمى عن طريق تلف عصب في الجزء الخلفي من العين يُسمى العصب البصري. فرط ضغط الدم في العين: هو ضغط مرتفع داخل العين دون الإضرار بالعصب البصري وفقدان البصر أو العمى.
