This medicine lowers the blood pressure by relaxing the blood vessels and reducing the force required to maintain blood flow from the heart. Lotense 10 Mg is also used to treat long-term chest pain called as Angina. This medicine helps to control chest pain by increasing the amount of blood supply to the heart. It is also used to treat chest pain at rest (variant angina). Lotense 10 Mg is also used to reduce the effects of damage in the heart blood vessels called as Coronary Artery Disease.
