دواء يُستخدم للوقاية من نوبات النقرس عن طريق تثبيط الإنتاج المفرط لحمض البوليك، وبالتالي تقليل
التورم والألم.
دواعي الاستعمال:
– يُستخدم لخفض مستويات حمض اليوريك في الجسم وعلاج النقرس.
المكونات الفعالة الرئيسية:
– ألوبيورينول 100مجم.
الاحتياطات:
– أخبر طبيبك إذا كنت تعاني من أمراض الكلى أو الكبد أو قصور القلب.
– أخبر طبيبك إذا كنتِ حاملاً أو مرضعة.
– قد يسبب ألوبيورينول النعاس. لا تقُّد السيارة أو تُشغّل الآلات حتى تتأكد من تأثير هذا الدواء عليك.
الآثار الجانبية:
– طفح جلدي.
– ألم عند التبول.
– فقدان الشهية.
– نعاس.
– اضطراب في المعدة.
– إسهال.
التفاعلات الدوائية:
– مضادات التخثر مثل الوارفارين.
– دوكسوروبيسين. – هيدروكسيد الألومنيوم.

How to use:
