كلارا (لوراتادين) هو مضاد للهستامين. وهو يعمل عن طريق منع مادة في الجسم تسمى الهستامين. وهذا يساعد على تقليل أعراض الحساسية.
– يستخدم لتخفيف أعراض الحساسية الموسمية بما في ذلك العطس وسيلان الأنف والإحتقان وحكة الأنف والحنجرة وإدماع العيون الناتجة عن حمى القش.
– كما أنه يخفف من بقع الجلد المنتفخة والحمراء والحكة الناجمة عن خلايا النحل.
