– ضعي كمية مناسبة من الشامبو على فروة الرأس المبللة مع التدليك بأطراف الأصابع واتركيه لمده 3 دقائق ثم اشطفيه بالماء الفاتر ثم ضعي كمية صغيرة من البلسم على الشعر وافركي بلطف واتركيه لمدة خمس دقائق ثم اشطفي بالماء الفاتر
