تحتوي كل كبسولة مغنيسيوم 99,6 مجم فيتامين سي 80 م حمض البانتوثنيك 6 ملجم. حديد 14 ملجم زنك 10 ملغ. فيتامين هـ 12 ملغ اينوزيتول 50 ملجم نياسين 16 ملجم منجنيز 2 ملجم نحاس 1 ملجم فيتامين أ 800 ميكروجرام. فيتامين ب6 1.4 مجم فيتامين ب12 2.5 ميكروجرام. فيتامين د3 5 ميكروجرام ريبوفلافين 1.4 مجم بيوتي 50 ميكروجرام ثيامين 1,1 ملجم يود 150 ميكروجرام حمض الفوليك 200 ميكروجرام، الصوديوم 55 ميكروجرام الموليبدينوم 50 ميكروغرام
